Returns, refunds & delivery

Mount Trio Vineyard is an Australian owned business and all prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

If for any reason your delivery does not meet with your complete satisfaction, we give you a 100% money back guarantee. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns with your wine order.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of orders.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a minimum order size of 6 bottles however freight is charged at a flat rate per carton of 12 bottles per location (unless we have a special).  Each case of 12 bottles can be a mixed or straight dozen.

Delivery of orders are via Aust Post and will take up to 7-10 working days after the completion of the order process.

Legal Requirements

Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence:

  • To sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or
  • For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises

Therefor you must be 18 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Mount Trio Vineyard.

Mail order club

Our opportunities to invite you to join our Mail Order Club are - on-line on our website, at a promotional event by filling out a Join-up Form, or when you visit our vineyard Cellar Door.  These invitations to join our Club are not obligatory.

When you subscribe to our Mailing Club, we will email you with periodical newsletters with special offers and news from the winery, including latest wine releases.

When you subscribe, you will be asked for your name, date of birth, email, address, telephone number and mobile number.  You are also asked if you are over 18 years of age.  The only details we ask that you must specify are your surname, email address, telephone, and if you are over 18 years of age.

We will not send emails to you if you do not wish to receive them.  All our web-based emails have an 'Unsubscribe' link whereby you will be removed from our database.  You may unsubscribe at any time.

Customers of Mount Trio Vineyard have the general right to access any of their own information which is being kept by the company.  They can correct inaccurate personal information or have their personal information deleted from company records.

When you enter a competition or promotion, we may ask for your name, email address and phone number.  This enables us to notify winners and to administer the competition/promotion.  Your personal information will not be kept unless you provide your permission.

Privacy Policy

Mount Trio Vineyard is highly committed to the respect of your privacy.

Collection of your personal details is made when you subscribe to our free Mail Order Club, or if you purchase our wine on-line.

By providing your contact details you subscribe to receive future special offers, promotions plus information about special events from Mount Trio Vineyard, West Cape Howe Wines and Kerrigan + Berry and from our agents, until such time as you request us to stop.  Should you wish to opt out at any time, simply let us know by phone or email.  We will provide you with appropriate contact details every time we contact you.

Privacy Act: "Your details remain yours and may only be shared with our agents for the purposes of communicating Mount Trio Vineyard, West Cape Howe Wines and Kerrigan + Berry wine offers only.  They will NOT be sold or rented to any other companies."

I. What kind of information do we collect from you when you visit our site?

When you visit https://mounttriowines.com.au, our stats package from Google collects some basic information about your browser. Examples are things like what type of browser and operating system are you using; how long did you stay on our site; what pages did you look at. This helps us understand how visitors browse our site, so that we can make their shopping experience better.

We also collect personal information about you when you check out of our store such as your name, address, postal code, phone number, etc. We need this information to process payment and ship merchandise to you. 

II. Sharing of personal information - we don't do it.

Under no circumstances will we share any personal information that we collect with any third parties or web sites. All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping. If you give us permission to send you marketing emails then we use your email for that purpose, but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other web site or list.

We may contract marketing organisations to conduct our various campaigns and promotions to our database.  Your details will be on this database because you have consented to be there.  While making contact with you, these marketing organisations will collect personal information on our behalf.  If you do not wish to take part in the promotion or campaign, there is no obligation to do so.  Please inform the person when they make contact with you. 

III. Newsletter Opt-Out.

If you have chosen to opt into our newsletter or marketing emails and decide to opt out, we have a simple unsubscribe form that will let you get off our email list. Also, under the member area, you will find a simple form to unsubscribe. 

IV. Consumer inquiries and privacy.

V. Protecting your information.

All the payment information we collect is done so under SSL - a standard internet security measure. Any data that we store about you is kept behind a secure firewall in our database and is not accessible to the public in any way.
