This Rose is made entirely from Sangiovese sourced from Frankland River. The fruit had just a few hours skin contact so the juice could pick up a light touch of colour, before fermenting to dryness at cool temperatures. Bottled early for maximum freshness.


A very pretty light pink.


Is lightly perfumed with sweet cherry fruit aromas along with a light, strawberry cheesecake character.


This is a light dry Rose that is very much ‘Mediterranean’ in style; it is savoury and textural rather than being overtly fruity. It has very good mouthfeel with the strawberry & ‘cherry ripe’ fruit flavours well balanced by the gently drying astringency from the skin contact. Its good acidity and that very light touch of tannin astringency gives a pleasingly dry finish & makes it a good food wine.

Best enjoyed while young; serve chilled rather than super cold.
